Quick answer
Close and reopen YouTube Music, then restart your phone. Songs won’t play: get a strong connection (Wi-Fi of 3 Mbps or more, or 3G/4G/LTE with about 4 bars), check for system updates, and clear the app’s cache or reinstall. “Being used in another location”: stop playback on the other device; YouTube Music plays on one device at a time. Premium not working: sign in with the account that has the membership.
