Quick answer
Check your internet and turn off any VPN. Open x.com in a private (incognito) window: if it works there, clear your cache and cookies and turn off extensions, then ad-blockers one at a time. Make sure your browser is up to date, or try another browser. Still stuck? Remove unneeded connected apps and log out and back in (your draft is kept in Unsent posts).
